Where in the country can dealers be located?
Anywhere there's water. There are no geographical restrictions!

What experience do I need?
Only a minimal amount of assembly is required to install most of our products. And we'll train you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time income or starting a full-time waterfront development business. (Being handy with a socket wrench is always a good idea in this business.)

If you are an experienced contractor or developer, the ease of assembly and installation will make for highly profitable projects without a huge investment in training.

How much product do I need to sell to maintain dealer status?
Even if you only handle a few waterfront projects each year, you'd profit from becoming an Alumidock dealer.

Can I become a dealer just to get a discount on a dock for my personal use?
That would be nice, wouldn't it? But no. We only sign dealer agreements with people who are intending to resell our product. We want to build a long-term relationship with each of our dealers. The first order that you place with us is not immediately subject to the dealer discount (unless it is an order for several products... we're reasonable people). When you place your second order, you will receive the dealer discount, AND be credited for the discount from your first order. After that, all future orders will get the discount.
