Alumifloat™ marina dock systems are designed for boats up to twenty-one feet in length. Boats in excess of twenty-one feet can be moored in conjunction with the Alumifloat™ marina boat docks by using separate tie down systems. (Ex: poles, pipes, and pilings).
Icing conditions will create a problem for the marina owner. Removal or installation with heavy equipment can be both time consuming and very costly. Even the most elaborate Alumifloat™ floating dock systems can typically be installed or removed in less than one day using minimal resources!
